ABC Orders - After finding and making your selections, please list the item's name, the item's code #, item size and the item's price in the form below. Simply click the link below and list each bottle separately even if you are ordering the same item. Start a new form if you have more than 5 items.

After completing your order forms, please click the link below to make your payment. No orders will be made without payment. All orders and payments MUST be received two (2) weeks prior to the event or
the function will be CASH BAR ONLY.
Please type the total dollar amount for your orders for both your ABC and beer orders. Be sure you included the 10% tax and the $5.00 handling fee on each order. DO NOT include the cents only the whole dollar amount.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT. YOU MAY CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ITEM NO LATER THAN TWO (2) WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
ALSO, YOU MAY ONLY MAKE ADDITIONS TO YOUR ORDER WITHIN TWO WEEKS BUT NOT AFTER ONE WEEK OF THE EVENT DATE WITH A $25.00 FEE.
PLEASE NOTE: CONTRACT VERBIAGE REGARDING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:
Renter shall not allow beer, wine, liquors or alcoholic beverages of any kind to be brought in or about, to be served or sold in or about the EDU Warehouse Facility in violation of Alabama law. All beer, wine and/or alcoholic beverages of any kind must be ordered through EDU Warehouse Space which is licensed and governed by the ABC Board. No alcoholic beverage of any kind, opened or unopened, may be brought in or leave the EDU Warehouse Space Facility. All Alcohol of any kind purchased by EDU Warehouse Space for or on behave of the renter for the renter’s function that is not consumed during the renter’s event will remain at EDU Warehouse Space and becomes the property of EDU Warehouse Space and CAN NOT be taken from EDU Warehouse Space, opened or unopened, per the ABC Board and Alabama law. It is EDU Warehouse Space’s right to refuse to serve any person within the EDU Warehouse Space Facility for any reason. Violation of any ABC Board Rule or Alabama law during the renter’s event is grounds for immediate termination of the renter’s event with any and all monies paid being forfeited. All functions serving alcohol require security provided by a uniformed active duty Bessemer police officer or Jefferson County sheriff at the renter’s expense.
